We are happy to offer shipping anywhere in Canada. All baskets to be shipped out or hand delivered must be prepaid

by the buyer in full before shipping or delivery.

Important Information Regarding Gift Basket Designs:

CONTENTS & DESIGN: where substitution becomes necessary, it will include a product of like or greater value. Gift Basket designs indicated are again subject to availability of container and products.

Delivery

If a gift is being delivered to a HOTEL or Hospital, please be sure to provide the recipient's room number and phone number. Also let us know WHEN they are being discharged to ensure the gift is delivered to them on time.

Destinations

We ship anywhere in North America Monday through Friday. Once we receive your order and payment confirmation we will then prepare your basket and ship - many orders can be delivered as soon as the next business day, depending on your recipient's location.

Clients are welcome to use their own contracted courier services. A $4.99 Handling Fee will be incurred in these cases to cover the cost of boxing and packing materials. Additionally, orders may be picked up from our facility at a pre-arranged time.

Non Delivery/Re-Delivery

If a recipient is not home when a gift is delivered,  a note will be left on the door instructing the recipient either to call the number provided to arrange for re-delivery. After two attempts, the gift will be returned to us. We will inform you immediately for further delivery instructions. An extra delivery charge will apply.

Incorrect Address

If a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. Please check your addresses carefully! Including a daytime phone number for the recipient is highly recommended.

Return Policy

Single orders, which are cancelled after they have been built, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Multiple orders, which are cancelled after they have been built, are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of balloons, balloon orders which have been inflated in preparation for shipping, are non-refundable.

All damaged shipments must be reported within 3 business days. We will make every effort to replace damaged items within this time, however we cannot be responsible for damages not reported within this time frame. Please ask your recipient to keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it will be requested .

Any goods returned to Just Baskits and Balloon Decor without prior authorization will not be refunded. The shipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded. All goods authorized for return by Just Baskits and Balloon Decor must be in their original box and in the condition they were received. No credits or replacements will be processed until the returned merchandise is received by us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All orders cancelled after the credit card has been processed are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Holiday baskets returned to us because our carrier was unable to deliver them for any reason are non-refundable.
